Ohio Guesthouse is 2 miles from Fellows Riverside Gardens, Mill Creek Park Golf Course and walking distance to Lanterman’s Mill of Mill Creek Metro Parks.
Find easy access with only 8 miles from interstate Rt 80 and OhioTurnpike Rt 76.

Enter from the front door and see the massive stone fireplace right ahead of you. Turn to the left for access to the stairs that lead to your private quest space.

Martha is very friendly and social, but is also respectful of a need for privacy. Once you go upstairs, privacy is all yours. She is a generous host and a terrific baker. I ran into some severe weather on the road that delayed my arrival time, and Martha was really understanding and flexible about my arrival. Cute house with cool details.
Marti was a wonderful host. Her communication was great and we enjoyed chatting about life and our weekend of hiking.
Marti’s home is super comfortable. The second floor set of rooms are private and functional with comfortable bed, airy windows and ceiling fans, gleaming hardwood floors, a mini fridge and microwave, historic tiled bathroom. Fresh clean linens. A few blocks walk to the historic Mill Creek mill, gorge and lush park. Short distance of a couple miles to downtown Youngstown and to Boardman shopping and the Ohio turnpike in the other direction. Her delectable baked treats from her baking business that she leaves for her Airbnb guests are icing on the cake.

My daughter and I stayed at Marti’s for a couple of nights and we really enjoyed our upstairs rooms and bathroom–semi private and spacious. The beds were comfortable and rooms were functional. But above everything, her hospitality was exceptional and her baked goods, delightful! Always ready to engage, Marti shared her home and her life with us in spite of our short stay. Thanks Marti!
This was one of my favorite stays. During my stay I got a full tour of local architecture, amazing home baked goods and a very nice and private stay. I showed up a guest and left a friend.

Martha’s place is cute and cozy. Beautiful paintings added a touch of her personality to her beautiful home. I especially loved cat paintings ♥︎. Martha offered me baked goodies that she also sells. They were yumm. Martha was a kind and a fun host! Will stay here again!!

What a sweet vintage treasure Marti has to offer guest who stay with her! Her personal and welcoming touches to your stay are worth it alone in choosing her place! The lodging is cozy & comfortable but with the addition of delicious baked goods she provides from her on site bakery it makes your stay with her extra wonderful! Thank you Marti for all your extra hospitalities!
I pretty much had the top floor to myself, and really enjoyed the privacy and quiet of my room. Martha was very responsive to any questions I had, and wonderful to talk to on the couple of occasions we ran into each other. She’s very generous to leave a sample of her homemade baked goods for her guests. The location is very close to Mill Creek Park, which is a huge bonus. She’s made some renovations to the doors which were helpful. Honestly staying at this house reminded me of the house I grew up in on the south side of Youngstown. It’s a great place to stay if you’re visiting from out of town.
Our family greatly appreciates Martha welcoming us to her cozy home! She is a wonderful and friendly soul who shared her life stories, yummy baked goods, and lovely music (she plays the oboe 🙂 with us! Thank you so much!!
